The web store section of this site has some problems, but everything else here is wonderful! Scottie Lowe has put together a really positive pansexual site that (in her words) is meant to, "...[P]rovide people of African descent a place to escape the narrow-minded, stereotypical, limiting and oft-times degrading beliefs that abound about our sexuality." At the time I visited there were 61 well written bits of erotica, and 7 sexy podcasts. The messages on this site are healthy and responsible. An example? "The foundation of every strong relationship is honesty, sharing, caring, and a willingness to be your most vulnerable self with your partner." The podcast that I listened to had some wonderful and sexy stories told in a very sensual voice. There is a small ecards section, and a personals section as well. The personals section has terms of service posted, including privacy info. The store section has lingerie, toys, and other adult items for sale. Unfortunately, the customer service and contact info for the shop is completely absent. I couldn't find anything about shipping or returns, for example. Contact seemed to be limited to a form only. This adult personals site looks fairly new, and when I visited on 8/23/2011 it had around 987 members from around the world (and 383 of those were from the USA). The profiles allow for pretty basic information like gender, location, and a brief description. Members can also post explicit hardcore pictures and videos, and surf the video and photo galleries for cool images. There is a live cam option as well, but it didn't seem to work when I visited. I'm assuming that is a bug that will be fixed. There are a number of free and paid membership options, and descriptions are available for each. An example of this is the low end Silver Membership ($3/for 31 days), which allows you to surf the site (but limits certain features like the number of pics you can post). The privacy and terms of service info are posted and easy to understand. The organization took a bit to get used to, simply because there are so many links to different areas. Many of those areas are a bit blank at the moment, however, as the membership is still growing. An interesting site that is wonderful if you want to view real amateur porn. - Vamp

SexyAds has been an online meeting spot since 1997, and it allows a limited membership for free. Limited members can save search parameters, browse profiles, create photo galleries, send and receive "tickles", create blogs, read and post to the forum, use chatrooms, video chat, and contact VIPs. VIP members pay $24.97/month recurring and get to write unlimited emails to all folks on the site and see who is viewing them. They also have highlighted profiles, enhanced search features, unlimited access to the entire site, and the ability to view explicit photos at full size. When I visited, it seemed like the site was pretty active and had a lively community. I was especially pleasantly surprised by the amount of active TV/TS/CD members that posted pics and videos. The forums had quite a few posts, and folks seemed to be happy and having fun. A site bonus is an erotic stories area. The privacy and terms of service info is found by clicking on a small link during sign up. Please be aware that your images and profile may be viewable by the general public. A nice site that is definitely worth a look, especially if you want to make some cyber connections and have fun with a cam. SexxyMofo is a personal ads site for swingers who are into full or soft swap, or even just curious. Men, women, or couples can sign up. Orientations listed are straight, gay, bi-curious, bisexual, and bi-comfortable. The site is well organized, and it encourages pic and video sharing. It appears that they also sponsor offline events, and post notices to members so that they can meet up in person. I highly recommend reading the "About Us" link at the bottom of the index page before joining, as they do a very good job describing their services accurately. The only inconsistency I found is that they quote prices in that section that are actually higher than the real subscription fees at this time. The terms of service, contact, and privacy information is thorough and should be read. One of my favorite things about the site was the "booty call" feature, which allows you to flag as interested in hooking up for something right now. I wish all personal ads sites had this! When I visited, the number of members (and attractiveness of same) were both higher than I expected. I also appreciated the security features that allow members to make their profiles only viewable to verified members. You can sign up for a free trial of about two weeks, and after that everything will become grayed out and you'll have to pay for further access. AAG reviewed 'The Large Cock Society' last summer, and at the time, this networking site for the well-endowed already had membership problems in that there were not enough users for the site to be very valuable. Since that time, the LCS which bills itself as "The Facebook of Large Cocks" had a major server meltdown and lost all of their data. The site is once again operational, and offers forums, personal ads, blogs and other networking. Since they have just re-started, their membership problems are far worse - 19 total members right now, with 19 total pictures. Hopefully they'll be able to get back on their feet. Kasidie is a very nicely designed social community site for swingers. You have to join with a free account to access anything, but free accounts get quite a bit of access. You can set up a profile, and become "certified" without paying. Being certified involves proving that you're a real human, either by sending photo proof, or meeting another Kasidie certified user in person. You can search profiles, view profiles, view event listings, search for clubs by area, and so on. There are definitely areas that have a lot more areas than others - for example, my own area had only 4 other members close-by, but some areas have truly thriving communities here. Upgrading to paid membership mostly gets you contact benefits - the ability to email with other members, participate in forums and so on. The magazine portion of the site is definitely worth checking out as well, I found quite a bit of entertaining and well-written content there. Very nicely done! - Jane

It is the coolest new community site out there for pervs, and it is absolutely 100% free. I had been hearing the buzz about this new spot on the web from a few of my lifestyle friends, and I finally decided to go set up an account and take a look myself. There are social groups here with ongoing forum conversations, so you can sign up for topics that interest you (or create your own groups). There is a mail system that acts like a personal bulletin board for private conversations, so you don't lose track of what has been said to anyone. You can post writing, see what your friends are doing, and a lot more. A lot of talented pervs are posting writing and engaging in conversation here. I've met a lot of new friends. There is a small amount of advertising, but it is done really tastefully and never gets in the way. You can write to the folks that run the site, and they will actually write you back. The good ol' interwebs sure do offer up lots of dating sites. Trouble is, most of them aren't much good, primarily because they don't attract enough members to make joining worthwhile. DaddyDater.com, however, is a wonderful exception. At over 18,000 members strong, this bear-happy site is hopping with profiles, cams and an active message board. Members can also interact with flirts, post photos and videos, and check out who's been checking them out. I found tons of hot photos and interesting profiles -- enough that I was gnashing my teeth over the hot leather daddies. Standard memberships are free, but you'll need to pony up a small fee if you want full access to all the contact options. --aag

Muah.com is an attractively presented adult dating site for swingers and other kinky folks. Set up a profile, search members and post messages for free. The admins of Muah.com helpfully created an account so that I could try out the site. In the weeks that it existed before I managed to log on, my email collected a trio of messages from young ladies desiring to meet a man who was "trustworthy and strong, mentally" and who had "considerable experience in relations." Alas, these young ladies hailed from far off countries, including one who resided in Africa. The site also includes some informational articles, though I use that term very loosely. The author has this to say about buttsex: "Once tried, however, anal sex can quickly lose its appeal for women..." Really? For all women? Says who? In an article about g-spot play, the author warns that women who don't have good muscular control can end up peeing instead of gushing. This goes against all other research I've seen on this topic. Finally, I noticed some discrepancies in the number of uses listed on the site. Muah.com claims to have as many members from my mid-sized upper midwestern city as it has from Chicago, even though my town is but a fraction of Chicago's size. Also, many members seem not to have visited the site for months. Bottom line: Muah.com's got the same bells and whistles as other dating sites, but the number of members and sketchy advice would make me look for somewhere else to post a profile. --aag

Late one Saturday night I found nearly 2000 like-minded pervs chatting and camming on FanCamTastic.com. Well, let me rephrase. The site seems to have around that number of members, only a few of whom were actually online at that hour. Like most other adult personals sites, FanCamTastic allows users to create profiles, join groups, send messages and set up events. But on this site, the focus is on the camming. Listen to FanCamTastic.com's own radio station as you cam and chat. Earn points for logging in and other site activities. These can be redeemed for merchandise or membership upgrades. Standard membership is free; silver, gold and VIP memberships allow users to view more cams and access more ways to contact other members. Prices range from $9.95 a month for a silver membership to around $200 for a lifetime VIP membership. So let me get this straight. WealthyBDSMDating.com attempts to make love matches between kinksters who are also rich? Is this possible? Let's check it out and see. 255 men and 77 women currently have memberships on the site, which certainly doesn't seem like a very large pool. There's no way to search a specific location; this would be a very useful feature for folks who are traveling or preparing to move. The "BDSM" categories also leave a lot to be desired. Right now the choices are gender (male or female only) and type of relationship (dom/master or sub/slave). This doesn't give serious kinksters much to go on, you know what I'm saying? There's a place on the profile to list a salary, but I wouldn't give much credence to this information. Perhaps in time WealthyBDSMDating.com will attract a following, but right now I'd suggest looking for a more active site for your rich and kinky dating needs. --aag

With a membership of some 1200 members, SexSpace.us offers free dating profiles to folks around the world. Upload photos and videos, participate in forums, post blog entries, and list upcoming adult events once you create a profile, a process which takes about ten minutes. Right now the forums and blogs are pretty dead. I found some disappointingly sketchy information in SexSpace's articles. For example, the authors suggest that to remove any taste, condoms can be washed with soap and water and then re-rolled for later use. (Note: Please don't do this unless you'd like to become a parent in nine months.) They also claim that "Once clean, licking this area of the body [ie, the anus] is virtually no different then licking any other," which may be true in terms of technique but is definitely not true in terms of disease prevention. After having spent the better part of an hour making a profile and hunting around on BidBuyDate.com, I'm still a little unclear about how things work. Part of that might be because the FAQ link is buried at the bottom of the page in tiny print. The fact that it's extraordinarily unclear also didn't help matters. In any case, the premise seems to be that you can set a price on the pleasure of a date with your bad self. Choose which bidder wins the honors, or else let the highest bidder win automatically. Once the date is complete, notify the site and earn yourself half the winning fee. The other half, naturally, goes to the webmaster. If buying and selling dates isn't your thing, use the site like any other dating site. In theory you should be able to search based on various characteristics; when I visited the search function alternated between slow and completely broken. A chat function is listed as "coming soon." Given the wonky functionality and the sketchy nature of bidding for a date, this site would not be my first choice for finding new partners. --aag

Prices range from 5.95GPB for a single month at the lower premium level up to 85.11GBP for a year at the upper premium level. Most swingers dating sites are very basic with few frills. While this one certainly wouldn't be considered high tech, it is definitely riding the wave of internet technology; it has more advanced search functions, and more members than most swingers sites I've been to in the past. SwingersUnderground.com is a newish site devoted to bringing together folks interested in the swinging lifestyle. As is the case with many other dating sites, you must create a profile before you can browse. With this site though you also need to pay a small membership fee: two month recurring runs under $6, or choose an entire year for less than $20. I'm sorry to say that this site is currently a complete disaster. I searched my geographic area (of well over 500,000 people) and found only a small handful of profiles, most of which were not fully filled out. Even the folks who are typically the most popular on a swing site (single females, natch), had only a few views of their profiles. The profiles don't really have enough room in them for users to fill out pertinent information and all the images I saw were disappointingly small. New information shows up in pop-up windows, which is super-annoying. To make matters worse, the graphics are truly dreadful and there are ads everywhere. If you decide to give SwingersUnderground.com a shot, you can buy new pals a drink to flirt, send emails, post to the group blog and list local swing events. --aag

I'll admit that this takes me slightly out of my element, as I have no experience as a swinger. I'm more of a leatherfolk person. So, I looked at this site through beginner's eyes. You can sign up for a free 7 day trial membership that will let you look around and get familiar with the site (without supplying a credit card). It is a pretty painless procedure in which you create a username and supply an email address. They will give you the opportunity to create a profile at that time, but you can skip that if you just want to look around. Profiles are for couples, women, and men. You can designate what sort of "swap" arrangement you are interested in, and whether or not you plan on being in the same room as your partner during the experience. The site has a list of "validated" members who have been reviewed by other members of the site. There are special interest communities, party listings, forums, Q&A areas, a swinger's dictionary, an IM feature, a lively chat area, and more. I went in and spoke to the members, and they seemed very happy with the service. Customer service info is easy to find, and it includes a help desk number. I tried to write an email as a trial member, and I had no problem sending it. It looks like a nice service! If you are at all interested in the swinging lifestyle, I suggest you at least give the trial a chance. It will let you look around without making any kind of commitment, and that validation process seems very popular with the members. This is another one of those generic personals sites that offers a free membership. Once you are inside, you'll realize that you can't do much of anything without a subscription. The profiles have the usual vanilla info, and they can also have pics and such. If you are a paid member you can send and reply to messages whenever you want, see your admirers, keep a buddy list, use advanced searches, and IM. I searched for US females 18-35 with photos, and came up with slightly over 10,000 results. When I checked the profiles, many seemed geared toward sex exclusively and a bit "fake". It set off my escort alarm system, but maybe I'm getting cynical in my old age. I didn't find any helpful information about membership privileges at different levels before joining, and the sign up is really a blind experience. I wasn't impressed. I am not going to give a "quality" rating to any personals sites with that kind of blind sign up anymore, they are just too annoying. - Vamp
