Wow, this website has a truly staggering amount of spanking stories. Over 6,000,to be exact, and all free to read once you've registered with the site. You can search, browse by author, etc. - each story has a title and a helpful code so that you'll know what includes sexual content, which stories are male/female, male/male, etc. If you find something you like you can add it to your favorites so you can find it easily next time as well. This site just went through a major renovation and I've got to say, it looks awesome. Awesome design means little without great content but never fear, you'll find plenty of that on TheBeautifulKind.com. This kinky mom from the St. Louis area writes about her love life, offers up advice to those with sexuality questions and interviews others who are "the beautiful kind." I love the fact that TBK includes points of view from so many others in her work. The Triskelion Society's mission is to share information amongst people in the BDSM, leather, kink and fetish communities. Read their wiki or join to help with editing. Check out a fairly active forum, informational articles, pictures and a chat function. I really liked the downloads page, where users can view and share rules, contracts and other BDSM information. Also check out the world map, featuring listings for various BDSM clubs and other adult venues, all linked to driving directions and reviews. There's even a cool little program which allows a master to encrypt a task for a submissive, who then must return to the site in order to decode the message. Fun! --aag

Take a moment and imagine a leather Facebook or Myspace, and then imagine it being run by and for kinky folks. That is exactly what Fetlife is! It is the coolest new community site out there for pervs, and it is absolutely 100% free. I had been hearing the buzz about this new spot on the web from a few of my lifestyle friends, and I finally decided to go set up an account and take a look myself. Many years ago I had been on other sites that promised community and allowed free communication, but since those sites have sold to other companies their soul has left the building and communication costs money. It is also communication that is no longer under the nurturing ownership of perverts with a personal interest in our tribe. I'd lost interest, and so had most of my friends. I was hoping that this site could be some of what I was missing on the old ones. Wow, I wasn't disappointed! I immediately ran into some of my old friends, and then ran off to recruit new ones. It is easy to sign up. Once you have, then you set up a profile. You can add pics to it, and you'll never run into that "you have to have such and such membership" to view pics or show them to others. There are social groups here with ongoing forum conversations, so you can sign up for topics that interest you (or create your own groups). There is a mail system that acts like a personal bulletin board for private conversations, so you don't lose track of what has been said to anyone. You can post writing, see what your friends are doing, and a lot more. A lot of talented pervs are posting writing and engaging in conversation here. I've met a lot of new friends. There is a small amount of advertising, but it is done really tastefully and never gets in the way. You can write to the folks that run the site, and they will actually write you back. I've been in love with this place and raving about it for the last several weeks. This is one of the few sites that didn't ask for review. I sought out the owner and asked him if I could post one. Oh boy, I thought when I saw this listing. VioletWand.com must be one of those sites that claims to be educational but is really just full of ads. I'm happy to say that I was very wrong this time. Here you'll find tons of information about the history and workings of the violet wand as well as safety information, buying tips and usage suggestions. And no ads! I really appreciated the historical perspective presented. However, the webmaster seems to have a bit of an axe to grind with some other folks in the violet wand scene. I'm not sure his website is the best place to air these grievances, as it seems like unnecessary drama. Right now there are a few empty pages on the site and lots of places for users to add their own experiences. Perhaps in time these will be filled with even more useful violet wand information. --aag

Vamp first reviewed this site six years ago, and since then it's only gotten better. This has to be one of the coolest BDSM toy shops I've visited in awhile! Madame Giggles sells a huge assortment of floggers, stingers and her absolutely unique "Killer Bunnies." Instead of dull turn-key operations with purchased graphics and boring cookie-cutter toys, Madame Giggles creates all of her own products and images. Each toy has a precise description, including measurements and weights. The toys come with a warranty, and all customer service information is spelled out in detail. In fact, Madame Giggles manages to make you WANT to read all that info because she is funny and smart -- and it shows. Custom work is available. Shipping is currently through USPS Priority mail. Rates seem quite reasonable; spend over $100 and shipping is free. Aside from the toys, there is a personal side to this website. Madame Giggles talks a bit about herself, how to brand skin, and her thoughts on dating and relationship. It is very well worth the read. I found myself wanting to hang out with Madame Giggles after reading this. Included are etiquette tips, lifestyle information and a very small directory of pro-doms (along with a way to contact them). The educational material provided is basic, at best. There are much better online sources for this type of information. Also, FemDomale.com is full almost to bursting with advertising content. There are links in the header, in the sidebars and (most annoyingly) in pop-up boxes spattered through the text. The webmaster also links lavishly to products he mentions, such as high-heeled boots (understandable) and tennis shoes (er...puzzling). Consult this site if you need only the absolute basics. --aag

This is an annual award given to men and women involved in bondage porn. Categories include model, rigger, writer, free site, comic artist, and a lot more. The winners are folks who receive the most votes in their category, and the FAQ goes into how such votes are collected and dealt with. I notice that many of the first place winners in the contest this year were Vamp's Picks in the past. Congrats to House of Gord and the Luvbights! This website's main focus in on self-bondage. It uses a wiki based database to organize bondage information including safety, general toys, personal introductions of members, nature based toys, stories, and personal experiences. Membership is free, and after you become a registered user you can submit info to the site. The content is a bit on the light side right now, but I'm sure it will grow with time. On a personal note, I highly recommend that anyone considering solo bondage do extensive research beyond this site before attempting it. I once found myself in solo bondage tied to a bookcase during a power outage, and it was a very good thing that I had a nearby flashlight and some bandage scissors to get myself out of the situation. We used to get a lot more of these types of sites, and I miss them. This is one of those home grown personal websites that used to rule the web, before the blog explosion. It is written by Seeker's breath{MS}, and you can tell that she found the graphics and designed the place herself. It is full of articles she has written, resources she values, and a lot of personal opinion about D/s relationships. There are links to a myspace page and blog as well. In her mission statement she says, "Please, do not confuse BDSM with D/s. Even though D/s is a part of the three facets in BDSM it is not a fetish, it is a natural way of life." Her approach is very romantic, and she discusses ideas as diverse as the concept of a soul mate and meditation. I really love this sort of thing, even when I have a different take on some of it at times. This is when the web shines for me, when someone taps out their thoughts on a home computer and places a bit of themselves on the internet. That is what I was doing when Jane found me! Chastity-UK is a site dedicated solely to providing information about male and female chastity. Online since 2001, they have compiled articles about the history of chastity, what chastity is, introducing your partner to chastity, as well as chastity device reviews and photo contributions from site visitors. The Disciplinarian is a professional spanker of ladies; he's only willing to work with women or with couples (I'm assuming only hetero or lesbian). He operates in the UK and can be called upon to administer spankings whether you need them as punishment, stress relief, or to get off (though no sex is involved in his services). On his site, The Disciplinarian explains in great detail how one may contact him for a spanking and how things will proceed if you decide to contract his services (e.g. during the session you would have your dress lifted and your tights pulled down, but would always keep your panties on, etc). Our host takes us through a variety of topics including: BDSM 101 (which covers things like how to pick a safe good word), what kinds of toys are commonly used, what to wear to a BDSM club or event, tips for being a Dom, etc. The site also features a page where questions can be asked to either a male or a female dom. This version of the LondonFetishScene (LFS) Wipipedia was started in 2005 and currently boasts over a thousand articles. The site is fairly similar to Wikipdea in design, which makes it very easy to use. To test it out, I jumped to a random page: rubber fetishism, and cross checked the info there with Wikipedia to check for similarities - I found the page on Wipi went into much more detail, as I'd hoped. Wipideia is just as addictive as it's slightly more vanilla conterpart; in fact, my only problem with the site is with it's use of white text on a black background, which makes Wipidia difficult to look at for extended periods of time (that is, for as long as I'd like to explore the pages). - Shay

I've been involved in the kink lifestyle for over 15 years, and I found their articles well thought out with a really strong ethical basis. Wow! I love this site! PPUnleashed is a membership based blog website that documents the Pretty Pervy Latex clothing line founder's, PPRobert's and PPHilary's, 24/7 latex lifestyle. PPRobert is the creator of the latex outfits featured on the site and PPHilary is the site designer, model, and "general organizer of Grumpy Old Git PPRobert". Much of their blog is devoted to talking about the design and creation of new latex oufits, but they also get personal. The site features photo and movie galleries of PPRobert's creations, such as the inflatable full enclosure latex frog suit, the Hornet Alien full enclosure suit, and the mermaid tail. The full enclosure suits are absolutely amazing! I particularly enjoyed some of the behind the scenes movies showing how they actually put the latex suits on. Up until now I've never had the urge to wear latex, I've been a leather man, but this site has given me the urge to try some on! There are two membership levels available, a free membership which gives viewers access to all blog entries and selected movies and galleries, and a paid membership which gives unlimited access to all material on the site. The site is fully interactive and member comments and suggestions are encouraged and used to create new content. I'm really impressed with the site design and the sheer volume of content that has been added since the site went live 3 months ago.
