This is a super site for both writers and readers of erotic fiction. For the reader, everything from short stories to full novels are available to be downloaded for a nominal fee. Some are offered for purchase on CD, and others can be purchased in paperback form, with shipping included in the (slightly elevated) cover price of the novel. The ones I read were miniature stories in and of themselves, ranging from mildly interesting to "Oh My Effing Gee" hot. Be aware, they have a very specific code to describe the length and the "steaminess" level of each piece. There are few places on the web that I visit almost every day, but this is one of them. This site offers an incredible selection of free erotica divided into categories as diverse as erotic horror, sci-fi/fantasy, romance, and transsexuals & crossdressers. You'll find straight, bisexual, gay, and lesbian stories as well as themes that defy any gender or sexual preferences that we know. There is a variety here that is only possible when a site takes submissions from the general public, which means that quality spans the spectrum. Matthew and Jade Wellington have put together a fairly unusual and incredibly rich fantasy world called "Menelon". It is populated by well developed and distinct cultures that range from the reserved to the outlandish. Small world. Yesterday I was surfing the net and ended up spending some time enjoying this fine free site by BDSM artist Brian Tarsis. Today the site comes up on the list of sites to review. Obviously I like it. What's not to like? It's free, it's high quality, and it speaks to many of my fetishes. He has galleries of his original artwork, with links to other sites where he previously worked and where more can be found. He has a 'tour of the dungeon' showing all terrible forms of sensual depravity. He even has a link to a 'memorial' page, hosted by a fellow who admires his art and thinks he is dead. This is an extremely charming personal site! serijules has written quite a few erotic stories, many of which involve spanking and other forms of BDSM. There are also essays, a really interesting and personal journal, a description of "irc" style BDSM terminology, and a ton of stories written by friends. We need more of this - well written erotic stories by female authors, about female on female sex. In this case, the focus is on spanking. There are a few stories with a male dom in them but generally the site is a very female positive place. The author has plans to add photographs and video, but that will be in the future. It is hard to find the proper words to capture what Geoff Cordner has created here, but while I looked over the site the term "gritty modern vintage" came to my mind. Yes, I know that seems like a contradiction in terms but this whole site is a contradiction, so I believe that it suites it. There are about 430 fine art photographs (mostly black and white) that artfully use setting, shadow, and mystery to capture amateur models in moments that seem timeless and aching in a way rarely seen in modern photography. The photos avoid the overly polished or airbrushed perfection though, and instead shoot for the late night murder mystery theater black and white realism and gritty feel. You can smell the cigarettes and the cheap booze. You get snapshots of a punk goddess in men's underwear staring down the camera, a delicate and dangerous punk baby girl sucking her thumb, working girls dancing for a dollar, and ice queens sucking on cigs.
