The front end of this site is fairly subtle - the text and background is all in shades of gray, and largely black and white photography up front. The concept is fairly simple as well - attractive goth girls wearing medieval clothing and also wearing medieval metal shackles and restraints. There is also some wooden stocks in the mix. I saw no nudity, and little "story" [i.e., no tale of how and why the restraints are there, but generally just the photos of the girls in the restraints]. The girls are all quite appealing and the photography is all high resolution and well done. On the front end there is one image of each of nine girls on the model's page. [Model inquiries are welcomed]. Inside the member's area there are close to 20 downloadable zipped color image sets at time of review, with a promise of a new set weekly. Italian photographer Hikari Kesho's site features galleries of some of his favorite work, along with notices of upcoming exhibitions, biographical information, model calls and a store. My advice? Go straight to the galleries, where you'll find seven sets of twenty to thirty images each. There's a striking set called "Fetish," focusing on piercing, bondage and heels; another set called "Shibari" features models bound and photographed by the artist. The set I enjoyed most was Kesho's "Boundless" collection, which portrays Shibari bondage on women he refers to as "abundant." There are precious few images of larger women that combine beauty and strength to the degree these do. This site combines female desperation, bondage, and wetting. What does that mean? Let me put together a scenario for you. Imagine a beautiful woman in a white dress that desperately needs to use the toilet to pee, but she can't get to a bathroom fast enough. She asks for help, but soon loses control and pees in the car while racing home. It is this sort of thing that is shown on the site. There are at least a hundred free movie clips (usually about a minute long and in mov and wmv format), lots of free pictures, and over a hundred free stories. The movie clips are usually small trailers for full length productions that are for sale (through download or DVD) on the site. Run times are listed, and the descriptions of the films are extremely comprehensive. There are specialty collections for things like "just jeans", "just skirts", or tickling. There are several ways to purchase things, and they are described in the FAQ. If you are more into the audio side, I saw quite a few audio clips for sale as well. All of the models on the site are female, and a few movies show more traditional bondage as well. There is no nudity or explicit sex on the site or in the films, however. There is a message board and chat room, and it appears that the site owner really listens to the needs and interests of the people that post there. This is definitely a small operation that needs some polishing, but it appears honest and well run and offers a lot of free content. Bondage Geisha is a Shibari (Japanese rope bondage) website created by Wasteland and Powerotics that features beautiful images and videos of 'Geishas' being put into intricate rope bondage by renowned Japanese Shibari masters. A good portion of the member's area is devoted to basic educational articles and information for those interested in taking their first step into rope bondage. There are thousands of photos in the member's area that have been put into sections which include rope bondage, solo Japanese female models, and fetish photos. Overall, I was more impressed with the content than the quality of the photos, but the rope work truly stood out in each set. There are 19 streaming shibari videos offered that are good quality and a lot of fun to watch. In addition the site offers another 20-30 bondage and fetish anime movies. My impression of the site is that it was thrown together to take advantage of the surging popularity of shibari. Only about 1/3 of the photo and video content is rope bondage related and the rest seems to have been thrown in as padding. I also cannot verify whether or not the content is original or not. While not in the same league as a site like NawaShibari.com (which sadly, is no longer updated), Bondage Geisha has enough unique material to make it worth a visit. - Wolfe

Nathan Strausse is a mixed media erotic artist that has created a site to feature his photo and video work. His primary focus is the exploration of various fetishes, including bondage, feet, and stockings. I quite enjoyed his work; the photo sets seemed to reflect the personality of the models and I liked the edgy feel to them. Members have access to over a thousand high quality, high res, images, and a number of erotic videos. Videos can be streamed in your browser with flash or downloaded in quicktime, windows media, or flash formats. I wouldn't classify it as cutting edge work, but there is a lot to enjoy here, from the gorgeous models and interesting camera angles, to the twice weekly updates. Brandi Bondage is all about gorgeous high quality photo sets of intricate non-nude rope bondage. And we're talking about some fancy rope work here too: suspensions in rope slings, full body bindings, etc - some of the prettiest I've seen. The main site is presented in a blog-type format where different contributors give insight into the making of some of the photo sets, post erotic stories, invite fans to submit scenarios, and let readers know about new photo sets available in the shots. Wow, another 4 years have passed since our second review of this site. Since that time, the photos have gone up to over 7,000, and the site is STILL free. This is quite the excellent personal site from a real life BSDM couple, Mick and Dee, self-identified as 24/7 male dominant/female submissive. Pony play, chastity belts, caging, rope bondage and body piercings are some of the focus here. They also have posted vanilla vacation photos from all around the world, and neat candid pics from events like Burning Man. To be honest, I can't remember the last time I've been so excited! I think the best thing about this site is that it is very REAL. These folks are obviously in love and having the time of their life together, and enjoying the process of documenting it and showing it off. Bondage Distress is a poor quality website featuring scenes of women being put into bondage mostly by men, although a couple of scenes were girl/girl. There are about 50 scenes total, featuring perhaps the worst quality photographs I have seen on a website since 1996, and average quality downloadable wmv videos. The old adage, "don't judge a book by it's cover", is very apt with this review. Bound to Tease suffers from extremely poor design and gives a poor impression when you first load the site in your browser. On deeper inspection the site is loaded with good quality video and photo content of trans women dressed to the nines in various states of bondage. The focus here is on bondage, femininity, and eroticism so you won't generally find a lot of gratuitous cock shots. At the time of review there are over 130 medium resolution video clips and thousands of high quality photos. The scenes are generally well orchestrated and the camera work, while amateur, is still very good. In addition, the site also has a small message board and provides information on the site owner's personal views of being trans and also into bondage. Darque, a New-York based fetish photographer, has collected a small selection of work on IndigoBlaque.com. Several classy flash slide-slows present women of color in BDSM situations. The focus is on beauty and sensuality instead of pain or degradation. The images are really lovely, incorporating fetish clothing and rope as well as lots of wonderfully submissive positions. The site has a guest book and some links to some other projects Darque has worked on. The only thing that that could improve the site would be a different background color; I think the deep, rich skin-tones would look even more impressive against a lighter background. - AAG

Bondage USA features the erotic bondage, fetish, and nude photography of renowned photographer, Chuck Stevens. The site contains mostly unpublished photos never before seen by the public and covers everything from glamour photography to fine art nudes. His photographs are very dynamic and your eye is constantly drawn to the movement in each photo. I particularly enjoyed his sepia toned rope bondage sets. His members area is on the small side with 18 photo galleries, in color, black and white, and sepia tones, averaging 40-50 photos each. Don't let that stop you from visiting; what he lacks in quantity he makes up for in quality! For those that want an original Chuck Stevens print, you can order prints though his site. Recommended.

Another fabulous site from the Kink.com smut-mongers, Waterbondage.com shows all manner of wet fun. As with the other sites in the Kink's empire, the preview of Waterbondage.com consists of many smaller images from each scene. This gives you a great idea of what kind of scenes you'll see inside. In the member's area, all images are large and of exceptional quality. The videos are available in WMV, Real and iPod configurations. You can stream or download your selections. I'm impressed by the amazing variety of ways in which bondage and water are used in this site. Each session shows something completely, deviously unique. There's an astonishing dunking tank that gives me a serious case of the heebie-jeebies (I'm slightly terrified of drowning). One recent shoot shows a model whose limbs are held down by means of metal straps bolted into the floor. This both turns me on and frightens me, which I think may be one of the goals of WaterBondage.com's creators. Did I mention that the archives of WaterBondage.com go back to 2003? I'm a great fan of kink and really enjoy quite extreme bdsm play, but what I saw here didn't really do much for me. I was disappointed that the tour overstated the material that is available in the member's area. The members are has 45 photo galleries, all from 2005, featuring various types of kink play, including tit torture, bondage, and what they call 'extreme pain' sessions. The photos were generally quite poor quality and looked pretty grainy in some cases and were often overexposed or poorly photoshopped. There are also 90 quicktime videos available, each of which has been broken down into multiple, easily downloadable, clips. Videos can be downloaded or streamed depending on your preference. Videos are generally good quality and are offered in low and high bandwidth options. As an added bonus the site has a number of licensed content feeds for members. Very underwhelming. - Wolfe

Photos are top notch and are very high res and videos are offered in HD (1280x720) and DVD (640x360) quality windows media format. The videos download very quickly given the size of the media offered. My single criticism is that the site is not very intuitive to navigate. Scenes are organized chronologically only; viewers have no options to search scenes by theme/fetish or by participants in the scenes. Scenes are original and very edgy, yet retain the element of care between the participants in the scenes. The tops and bottoms seem to connect in a very real way and everyone seems to truly be enjoying their experience. Bolder Productions is a must see for folks that love edgy and real fetish content. Kink.com produces a whole flock of awesome sex sites, and DeviceBondage.com is no exception. This site is geared toward those who like to see pretty girls bound to all manner of wicked looking apparatuses. The preview allows you to look at thumbnails and read descriptions of each update. Electrical play is one of my personal interests so I was very happy to have a chance to review Wired Pussy. Once again, the folks at kink.com have delivered a spectacular website. The preview area, like all of the sites run by kink.com, lists all of the sites updates in order of the newest to oldest. Updates are accompanied by descriptions of the scene and as many as 16 small sample images. The theme of the site is beautiful women shocked to orgasm using electro stimulation devices. In the members area you'll find over 250 scenes, with photos and videos, of male and female dominants alike, using their female bottoms for whatever sexual purposes they desire, and rewarding their bottoms with electrically induced orgasms. The older video content is a mix of real media and windows media video at 320x240 pixels. The newer video content is all ultra high quality HD windows media video. Members can stream or download the clips individually, or download the entire set at once in a zip file. I always appreciate sites with a high level of user/model interaction so I was pleased to see that site members could comment on individual scenes and that there were even cases where the models wrote back to inquiries from site members. I really enjoyed watching the different scenes; there was enough variety in the type of play and the models in the shoots, and it looked like the participants were genuinely having a good time and wanting to be there. I have become a huge fan of most of what Kink.com is doing across the board on their sites. I guess because they're using models who are into BDSM (even the "newbies" are there because they have an interest) it feels both more real and more consensual than lots of other BDSM porn I've looked at. The preview area of the site basically consists of an update log, with each weekly update having several large thumbnails, and a photo count and runtime of the video. The preview thumbnails will give you a great idea of what the content inside is like from a visual aspect, but still can't convey what each scene might be like to watch. Mostly that's because with the dozen or so different Tops who are on this site, the way a scene goes can be very different from shoot to shoot. My favorites were definitely the ones with more sensual and verbally gentle guys. I find it way hotter to be talked dirty to without it sounding mean. BUT that's just me, and for those who have different tastes, they'll find scenes they like here too. The Sex and Submission theme is definitely sex and S/M. It's not terribly heavy S/M, but flogging, electric play, nipple clamps and so on are pretty much always involved. One of the other things I liked was the equal focus on the women having orgams. It's kinda rare to see that in NON bdsm porn, but I would say that the women are getting as many, if not more, than their male tops in these scenes. Yay for that! In the members area you'll get all the scenes since the start of the site, in mid-2005. That's 100+ scenes, each with video and photos. The video quality isn't as high on the earlier content, but the new content has excellent large quality. You can either stream clips on WMV or you can download a zip file of all the content in one fell swoop. The download times were good and fast. The other thing that I actually liked for once was the user comments. For the most part they were respectful, and constructive - and it's kind of helpful when you find other users that share your interests to look at their comments overall as a way of figuring out which other scenes you might want to view. Although they do have a model section with models listed in alphabetical order, that feature fell flat in that it didn't link directly to the scenes on that site. Really a minor nitpick overall. I went into this review not knowing what to expect, and I was pleasantly surprised. Voted the best bondage model in 2003, Jasmine Sinclair is a sexy, buxom, babe with a penchant for punishment! Members have access to over 13,000 high res photos and 7.5 hours of videos of Jasmine being put into bondage, spanked, tickled, and forced to have lesbian sex with her mistress(es). Photos are viewable online and are downloadable in zip format and videos are downloadable in zip files in low and high bandwidth options in wmv, and a high bandwidth option for real player. All of Jasmine's material is pretty to look at, Jasmine is an attractive woman, but the punishment seems more for visuals than effect. The site is easy to navigate and well laid out with the exception being that videos and photos are listed together under one heading. One of the strengths of the site, in addition to content quality, is member interaction; Jasmine has a journal, accepts scene requests from her members, and has a message forum to talk to her fans. Overall Jasmine has a great little site and the requests show she's really interested in what her fans want.
